2 days ago, Gracie was taken off of her heart machine and she sustained herself for 50 minutes until they put her back on. The doctors decided to let her body rest and try again today. So, they pulled her off again this afternoon and she has been sustaining herself for about 7 hours now. The doctors said that it is really up to Gracie to stay or go because they have done all they can for her now. It's a truely a miracle and I think she might be choosing to stay....I'm sure it's such a hard choice for her. We'll see how she does through the night.
It has been amazing to see how many people that don't even know her have been praying for her.

Keep up the prayers, they are needed. This is a miracle, but we need more miracles this weekend. She is indeed a fighter.

As parents we know at any given time that could be any one of our kids. we will keep her and her parents in our prayers.
Yeah Nicole! I can hardly believe that our children are growing up so fast!
Matthew was excited this year to go to school with all his sisters as well! It is quite the change - enjoy Macy and Jacob because the house gets abnormally quiet when they are all finally in school!
I'm so glad I can leave comments on your blog now! And I'm also relieved to hear that Gracie is still fighting. I agree with you, there's something comforting to know that we are all feeling deeple and holding on together for that sweet baby!
